SHIPPING TIMES

The Products purchased on www.shop.casafortunato.it are delivered throughout Italy via the Express Courier service

Delivery times depend on the size and availability in stock.

If the product is available and ordered in a standard size, delivery times are a maximum of 72 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

If the product is not available and/or out of size, delivery times are 10/20 working days depending on the model requested

The mattresses we sell are defined as standard in the sizes:

80x190 - 160x190 - 120x190 - 160x200

Outside these sizes, the mattress models are to be defined as oversized.

FREE DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT AND TO THE FLOOR

Casa Fortunato offers a free transport service valid on all items. You can choose the method that is most convenient for you, between delivery by appointment or delivery to the floor. In the first case you can set the time most convenient for you to receive the package, in the second case you can choose to have your Casa Fortunato product delivered to the floor. The service is valid only for orders on our online store.

The assembly costs for the beds amount to €120 for each bed purchased, where the bed will be sent and an employee will assemble it at your home.

If the user decides to proceed with the assembly independently, the guarantee of the bed will not be guaranteed.

Return:

On shop.casafortunato.it it is possible to return goods quickly and easily, making use of the right of withdrawal as provided for by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206.

To return the purchased goods, it is necessary to send written notice to:

By registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the goods. The communication can also be sent, within the same term, by e-mail to the address shop@casafortunato.it provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following forty-eight hours.

In order for the return to be accepted, the goods must be intact and packed correctly, so as not to be damaged during transport. The refund, equivalent to the amount of the product and the original delivery costs, is received by the customer within 14 days from the moment of the withdrawal of the purchase contract.

The shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the customer. Casa Fortunato avails itself of the right not to accept damaged or broken goods. To make the return, the customer must send an email to shop@casafortunato.it with his intention to withdraw and then he will receive the instructions and forms to insert inside the packaging.

Satisfied or refunded within 30 days:

The return of the purchased product is the responsibility of the user and requires that the same be returned intact, free of cuts, burns, stains of various kinds.

Only in that case we will refund the amount paid.

The customer must send an email to shop@casafortunato.it explaining the reason for returning the mattress and will then receive the instructions and forms to insert inside the packaging.

Right of withdrawal for oversize items:

The Right of Withdrawal applies only to standard size mattresses: 80x190 - 85x190 - 160x190 - 120x190 - 170x190 - 160x200

All the other variants belong to the made-to-measure or personalized goods category and are not subject to the right of withdrawal as per Legislative Decree 21/2014 published in the Official Gazette No. 58 of 11 March 2014 section 2 art.59 Code of the Consumption

QUALITY OF SERVICE

Deliveries take place upon notice and in case of absence the courier leaves a note to allow the customer to contact him again.

• Express courier
When we opt for an express courier, we always provide the packages with suitable packaging to guarantee their integrity.

There is no shipping cost, the published price of each individual product also includes shipping to your home. There is no extra cost!
